Slitting

We cut material from rolls to precise widths, with no fraying and straight edges.

We process foams, plastics, rubbers, and self-adhesive materials.
The cut is clean and consistent along the entire length of the roll.

The finished rolls are ready for immediate use in further production—quickly, precisely, and with no material waste.

Lamination

We bond layers together in a way that makes sense.

Through lamination, we combine various materials—foams, films, textiles—into a single functional unit.
We can create single-sided or double-sided adhesive solutions, or bond multiple layers together for a specific function.

We use pressure, heat, and adhesives depending on the application’s requirements.
The result is a semi-finished product ready for die-cutting, or the final product itself.

Rotary Die-Cutting
